How far are sea view villas from the beach?

Most of our sea view villas are a 5–15 minute drive from the nearest beach. We are happy to arrange transfers or scooter rental.

Yes — every villa in our sea view collection has been personally verified for its panoramic outlook. The views shown in photos are accurate.

Which area has the best sea views?

The ridges above Haad Yao and Haad Salad on the northwest coast, where our sea-view villas sit. They face due west, so the sunsets run straight out over the water.
