HOMI is a boutique villa management and rental company based on Koh Phangan, Thailand. We were founded by people who moved to the island and fell in love with it — and who wanted to share that experience with others, properly.
We came for a month.
We stayed.
Koh Phangan is one of those places that gets under your skin. The pace of life, the quality of the light in the late afternoon, the way the jungle meets the sea — it is genuinely unlike anywhere else in Thailand.
We started HOMI because we saw a gap between what the island had to offer and how it was being presented online. The best villas were buried on Airbnb, managed inconsistently, and priced to absorb platform commissions.
We built HOMI to close that gap. A small portfolio of genuinely exceptional properties, managed directly by people who live here, bookable without the middleman.
What we believe
Curation over quantity
We manage a small, carefully selected portfolio of villas. Every property is personally inspected and maintained to our standards before it joins our collection. We would rather have a handful of exceptional villas than fifty average ones.
Direct relationships
We believe the best stays happen when there is a real person behind the booking — someone who knows the villa, knows the island, and is reachable when something comes up. That is the HOMI model.
Local knowledge
Our team lives on Koh Phangan. We know which restaurants are worth the drive, which beaches are quietest on a Tuesday morning, and which Full Moon Party spots are safest for families. We share that knowledge freely.
